When you access our API, we collect minimal metadata required for operation and billing: request timestamps, model requested, number of tokens processed, and response status codes. We do not log the content of prompts or completions.

Our website may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through third-party analytics services.

3. Zero Data Retention (ZDR)

Pixel Playroom operates a Zero Data Retention policy for inference requests. Specifically:

Prompt text is processed in memory and immediately discarded after the response is generated
Completion text is streamed to the client and not persisted on our servers
We do not train or fine-tune models on customer data
Token usage metadata is retained only as long as necessary for billing and is aggregated/anonymized where possible

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing)
Law enforcement if required by applicable law or legal process

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. API keys are hashed and stored securely.

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Usage metadata is retained for up to 12 months for billing and analytics purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
