These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the inference API, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Pixel Playroom LLC (“Pixel Playroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Pixel Playroom provides an API that allows developers to send inference requests to open-weight language models and receive completions. The API is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and is subject to the terms outlined here.

2. Account Registration

You may need to register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models
Use the Services to generate content that violates the terms of the underlying model licenses
Distribute API keys or share access beyond your authorized users
Probe, scan, or test the infrastructure for vulnerabilities without prior authorization

4. Data Handling

Pixel Playroom does not log or store prompts or completions beyond what is strictly necessary to process and deliver the response. We do not train on your data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Service Level and Limitations

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may impose rate limits, adjust pricing, or discontinue models with reasonable notice. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.

6. Payment and Billing

Usage is billed based on tokens processed. Rates are published on our website and may change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Invoices must be paid within the stated terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for conduct that may harm the Services or other users. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and any prepaid balances may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Playroom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
